Oscars Betting Odds - La La Land odds-on to win Best Picture

  • La La Land predicted to come out on top at the Oscars
  • The movie's Damien Chazelle and Emma Stone also in line for Oscars

La La Land is odds on to win the Best Picture at the 2017 Oscars following multiple wins at the Golden Globes.

La La Land is $1.72 to win the Best Picture Oscar and has received a massive 63% of total wagers of the market so far at online bookmaker

Moonlight ($2.10) and Manchester By The Sea ($7.00) are the most likely rivals for the Best Picture.

Stars of the hit movie are also in the frame to win Oscar statues of their own too.
Damien Chazelle is a short $1.30 to win Best Director for the movie and the movie’s leading lady Emma Stone is a firm $1.50 favourite to add the Best Actress Oscar statuette to her Golden Globe.

Natalie Portman ($2.10) and Isabelle Huppert ($6.00) are next best in the betting for the roles in Jackie and Elle respectively.

La La Land leading man Ryan Gosling is only the $4.00 third favourite for the Best Actor Oscar, however, with Casey Affleck a $1.50 favourite to win for his perforance in Manchester By The Sea ahead of Denzil Washington at $3.25 for his role in Fences.

Favourite for the Best Supporting Actor is Mahershala Ali, who is $1.50 for his role in Moonlight, while the Best Supporting Actress is a done deal with Viola Davis (Fences) just $1.05.
