The Canaries are playing some great football to start the season under new boss David Wagner and have created the second-most expected goals in the Championship.

Norwich got their campaign up and running with a 2-1 win at home over Hull before claiming a thrilling 4-4 draw on the road against a strong Southampton side.

QPR meanwhile were crushed 4-0 by Watford in their Championship opener. Watford aren’t expected to contend this season, so that’s a poor result.

QPR did beat Cardiff 2-1 on the weekend, but Cardiff are one of the weaker sides in the league. Norwich are a huge step up in class.

Both sides are expected to rotate in this Cup clash, meaning Norwich’s bigger squad depth will benefit them. QPR are a bit thin and could find the going tough here.
