Looking to get back on track with a winner today so going for what I believe to be a safe bet when Arsenal plays host to Fulham in the EPL.

Arsenal haven’t been the most reliable team in the Premier League this season, but they have been impressive in their last two outings and at home, should be too strong for a Fulham side who have stumbled as of late in their bid to avoid relegation.

Indeed, Arsenal defeated another relegation-threatened side Sheffield United 3-0 away in their last Premier League fixture before dishing up a great performance to crush Slavia Prague 4-0 in the Europa League quarter-finals mid-week.

It was the Czech side’s first loss at home since 2019.

By contrast, Fulham have lost their last four games against Man City, Leeds, Aston Villa and Wolves, with three of those coming on their own turf.

Just when it looked like Fulham could pull off a miraculous escape, they have it a road block – and with Newcastle winning over West Ham yesterday, their bid to move out of the drop zone took another hit.

Arsenal have won the last six meetings between the sides dating back to 2013, scoring three or more goals in four of those. They should register another comfortable victory at home today.

Key Points

  • Arsenal have won their last two matches, scoring seven goals combined
  • Fulham have lost their last four matches, conceding nine goals combined
  • Arsenal have beaten Fulham in their last six straight games
  • Arsenal have scored 18 goals in that period
