Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder Prediction

The first battle was a 50/50 contest, from a technical standpoint. The first meeting of the trilogy demonstrated plainly that Fury was the superior technical boxer by a wide margin, but Wilder could still land massive punches.

Given the lopsided nature of the defeat, it’s impossible to forecast anything other than a victory for the current WBC champion in the third bout. Tyson Fury won the second bout via a seventh round TKO, maintaining his crown.

Wilder just did not evolve throughout his reign as champion, which was exacerbated by the astonishingly low level of opposition he faced. When he faced a good opponent in Luis Ortiz, he battled bravely before his punching power came to fruition, but it hasn’t been enough to save him against Fury, and I don’t believe he will have a chance in the third bout.
