The 2018 AFL Grand Final shapes as one for the ages and pits the West Coast Eagles and Collingwood up against one another for a shot at the ultimate glory.

The two sides play contrasting styles of football with the Eagles renowned for their high scoring and marking prowess, while Collingwood have been able to get on top of sides with their ball-winning ability.

The Magpies are slight favourites in the head to head betting at the $1.70 quote with BetEasy. We have trawled through all of the markets and come up with our three best bets for the decider.

West Coast 1-39 – $2.70

Little separates the two sides in the head to head betting but for me, West Coast are clearly the value. The Perth based side won an extra game when compared to Collingwood over the course of the home and away season and they have defeated the Magpies twice, with one of those games coming at the MCG. They are two from two at the venue this season and the lessons learned from the 2015 Grand Final loss should hold them in good stead. They have shown that their style of football holds up in their two finals games to date and with Jeremy McGovern and Tom Barrass in the back half, they can deny Collingwood the time and space the Magpies need inside the forward 50m. If the Eagles can match their recent form they will secure their first flag since 2006.

Top Goalscorer - Josh Kennedy $3.60

There are plenty of markets focussed on goal kicking, including first goalscorer and most goals as well as the option of backing a player to kick a certain amount of goals. One that sticks out is the West Coast spearhead, Josh Kennedy, to kick the most goals of any of the Grand Final day combatants. Kennedy has booted 40 goals from 16 games this season, averaging 3.1 per game, which is more than any other player this season. He has kicked three or more goals on eight occasions this year and has booted five in the two encounters against Collingwood. That figure should possibly be more as he was rusty in his return from injury in the Qualifying Final, booting 2.4, which is down on his usual accuracy rate of 69%.

Most Disposals Group A- Steele Sidebottom $4

In disposal markets it is hard to go past Collingwood's Steele Sidebottom, who is in career best form. The Brownlow Medal runner-up has averaged over 30 disposals per game this season, ranking No.1 at Collingwood and slightly behind West Coast's Andrew Gaff, who will be absent on Saturday due to suspension. Sidebottom comes off a 41 possession haul in the Preliminary Final and is a noted big game performer. Expect him to find plenty of the ball in this year's decider.
