AFL Multibet Tips - 4-leg multibet paying $102 on this weekend's Round 13 AFL fixtures

  • We're looking to win big with our weekend multibet on Round 13 of the AFL.
  • Here are our selections.

AFL Round 13 gets underway on Thursday June 12 when the Adelaide Crows take on Richmond at the Adelaide Oval.

There are six games in store and we have picked out a four-leg multi that pays $102 for a $10 investment at sportsbet.

Thursday, June 13

Adelaide Crows v Richmond, Adelaide Oval (7.50pm)
Adelaide 1-39 $2

The two sides are very evenly poised on the ladder as we edge past the half way mark of the home and away season. Both have won seven of their 12 matches but it is the Crows that head in with the superior recent form, having won their past two. The home side can get on top and they average more possessions and clearances per game this year. Their forwards are also starting to find form with Eddie Betts, Josh Jenkins and Taylor Walker amongst the goals last weekend. At the other end, the injury riddled Tigers managed just five goals in Round 12 and it is hard to see them turning things around in time for Thursday.

Saturday, June 15

Gold Coast Suns v St Kilda, Riverway Stadium — Townsville (1.45pm)
St Kilda Head to Head $1.63

Both sides have struggled in 2019. They were both quick out of the blocks and registered early season wins but their last couple of months have left a lot to be desired. Gold Coast in particular have been ordinary in recent times, losing their past eight. Both sides rank similarly in a number of measures but St Kilda may just have more attacking options up forward. Tim Membrey and Josh Bruce have been a bit quiet of late but should find this easier than recent assignments, while Jade Gresham comes off there goals against the Power. Gold Coast will need to find more answers in their forward half and are averaging just 61 points per game this season. Injury issues are also a concern and it it is hard to see them finding a way to kick a winning score.

Fremantle v Port Adelaide, Optus Stadium (4.35pm)
Fremantle Head to Head $1.64

The two sides are evenly poised on the ladder after 11 games each this year. Port Adelaide ventured to China before the bye and easily accounted for St Kilda, while Free pulled off a remarkable win against Collingwood at the MCG. Both have now won six of their 11 games but a key to this will be the home ground advantage that Fremantle enjoy. The Dockers have won four of five against interstate sides at the venue this year and have a number of players in supreme form, including Michael Walters, Nathan Fyfe and Bradley Hill. That trio should find enough of it .

Sunday, June 16

North Melbourne v GWS Giants, Blundstone Arena — Hobart (3.20pm)
North Melbourne +13.5 $1.90

North Melbourne can head in with confidence at Blundstone Arena, given their recent form in 2019 and at the ground. They have been the improvers in recent weeks and have won their past three. They have an excellent record against GWS, winning six of the eight games that have been played between the two sides, including the Round 9 encounter at the venue by 43 points. Despite GWS holding favouritism for the game but the two sides compares similarly in a number of areas including average possessions, clearances and inside 50s. North have tightened up defensively in recent weeks and can stay on top of the likes of Jeremy Cameron and Jeremy Finlayson.
