Dallas Cowboys @ Chicago Bears - December 6

The Dallas Cowboys head to Soldier Field this week looking to reverse their recent fortunes on Thursday night football this week as they look to take out Mitch Trubisky and the Chicago Bears.

It was much publicised last week that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was less than happy at his sides performance against teams with a .500+ rating currently having no wins against any team with a better record than Dallas.

Chicago have had their own troubles after putting up a 4 game losing streak earlier this season they have gone on to win 3 of the last 4 games including a win on Thanksgiving which gave them the +.500 rating that the Cowboys struggle against so much.

With both teams 6 and 6 this season, it's definitely a difficult game to call, however, we like a few legs to bring some value to the game.

Both sides have struggled in offence this season and been strong defensively giving up less than 18 points per game on average so we don’t expect this to be high scoring. Especially with the monster that is Khalil Mack lining up for the Bears they have been extremely strong in pressuring the pocket for visiting QBs.

The Cowboys are without RB Tony Pollard this week leaving them just two fit running backs for the trip to Chicago. Zek Elliot has always been the main attacking threat for Dallas and he should be backed to get a touchdown.

Finally it looks to be a close game with neither team firing in offence and the Bears so strong defensively. The underdogs price seems overs, so we like the Bears at an alternate line of +6.5.

Same Game Multi:

Under 44.5 Total Game Points
Ezekiel Elliot Anytime TD Scorer
Chicago Bears +6.5

Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks - December 3

Monday Night Football sees Kirk Cousins and the Vikings rolling into Seattle to take on the red hot Seahawks and MVP front runner Russell Wilson.

Both Cousins and Wilson have been in career best form and, with both teams having strong run and pass games, we can see there being points in this one with plenty of opportunities to break the plane.

For the Vikings they have relied heavily on Dalvin Cook as their main attacking threat having rushed for over a thousand yards already this season and scoring 11 TDs. With WR Adam Thielen set to sit out a third straight game, Cousins will be looking to use Cook as he has done in recent weeks averaging a touchdown per game in the past 5 games.

The Seahawks have also used their rushing game to great effect with Chris Carson and Rashad Penny leading the way. However Wilson has talent all over the field to aim at in addition to two star running backs. He has targeted the likes of Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf over 100 times this season and recently added Josh Gordon to the roster as well from the Patriots.

Both teams use attack as a way of defence so we’re expecting there to be plenty of chances to put points on the board.
The easiest leg to call is going to be Cook to score anytime TD for the Vikings. Averaging a TD a game it’s easy to understand why he’s $1.65 to score.

Wilson has been targeting Metcalf more and more in recent weeks. As defences use two man coverage on Lockett, he generally gets more freedom in the end zone so we like him to score any time as well.

Rashad Penny had a career high rushing game against the Eagles last week but Carson is the primary and averaging 79 yards per game so we’re adding him in to get over 60 yards rushing.
We’re also adding in the overs of 46.5 total match points given the attack minded nature of the teams and the offence options available in both sides.

Finally we’re backing the Seahawks to get the win. There 9-2 record speaks for itself but the 49ers coping a loss at Baltimore opens up the division and the chance to take top spot which should add further motivation.

Same Game Multi:

Dalvin Cook Anytime TD
DK Metcalf Anytime TD
Chris Carson to rush 60 plus yards
Over 46.5 match points
Seahawks to win

New England Patriots @ Houston Texans - December 2

Tom Brady and The Patriots travel to Houston this week on Sunday night football with DeShaun Watson looking to capitalise on an injury riddled side and get the W.

Baltimore set a good blueprint when they beat New England earlier in the season with Lemar Jackson constantly getting out of the pocket and maximising the running game to keep the Patriots guessing on the plays.

With Watson a very similar style player who will look to rush when the opportunities open he will certainly create opportunities for himself to score.

DeAndre Hopkins is having another strong season and with safety Patrick Chung questionable and cornerback Jason McCourty missing through injury there should be plenty of space available for Hopkins to exploit.

With the Texans losing only once at home this season and the Patriots only losing once on the road, we’re expecting this to be a tight contest with Houston to push Bill Belichick’s men the whole way.

On paper though it is the Texans who possibly have the better record beating a lot better competition than the Patriots who have been smashing the 0 and 8 teams but struggled against anyone with a +500 rating.

Same Game Multi Tips:

Houston Texans +3
DeAndre Hopkins Anytime TD
DeShaun Watson Anytime TD
Houston Texans Over 21.5 points
