Champagne Stakes (1600m) favourite Loving Gaby has drawn fairly in barrier 7 as she attempts to take out Saturday’s $500,000 feature for two-year-olds.

Trained by Ciaron Maher and David Eustace, the daughter of I Am Invincible finished resolutely last start to claim 2nd prize in the Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) behind Microphone.

Sires’ Produce 3rd placegetter Castelvecchio has also drawn favourably and will jump from barrier 4 with regular rider Joshua Parr aboard.

Last Saturday’s Fernhill Stakes (1600m) winner Power Scheme faces the quick back-up, as does Vinco (7th), along with War Baron and Persan who fell in the same event.
