Queensland and New South Wales continue their rivalry in the 2019 State of Origin which commences in June. 

The 37th annual best-of-three State of Origin series was won by New South Wales in 2018. They won Game 1 (22-12) at the MCG, won Game 2 (18-14) at ANZ Stadium before losing Game 3 (12-18) at Suncorp Stadium. 

Queensland have dominated the series since 2006, with eight-straight wins ending in 2014. Queensland would then win the next three before the 2018 series went to New South Wales.

Game 1 of the 2019 series will be held at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, June 5. Queensland will be looking to take home-ground advantage.

Neutral territory is where Game 2 will be played on Sunday, June 23, at Perth Stadium.

New South Wales will host Game 3 at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday, July 10.
