Premier League Tips - 4 best bets for EPL Week 15

The 2016/17 Premier League campaign heads into Week 15 this weekend and we've picked out our four best bets to be backing.

Arsenal v Stoke City

Arsenal go into Saturday’s game on a high after a couple of big away wins. The Gunners bounced back from the League Cup defeat to Southampton by thrashing West Ham United 5-1 in the Premier League, and they followed that up with a 4-1 win at Basel in midweek that secured top spot in their Champions League group. Arsene Wenger’s men have not tasted defeat in the league since the opening day of the season, going 13 games unbeaten, and they are odds-on to extend that fine run at Stoke’s expense on Saturday. The Potters have won their last two league games, but they have lost all eight of their trips to the Emirates Stadium and that losing run will not end on Saturday. Arsenal should claim all three points, winning by a couple of goals.

Burnley v Bournemouth

Burnley recent enjoyed a little purple patch that produced seven points during a three-game unbeaten run, but their climb up the Premier League table has been halted by a run of three straight defeats. The Clarets will be eager to stop the rot this Saturday and the good news for them is that visitors Bournemouth have been pretty woeful on their travels this season, collecting just five points from a possible 21. The Cherries did fight back to stun Liverpool a week ago, but that away record is just too bad to overlook and all four of Burnley’s wins this season have come at home. The Clarets can pick up a fifth win at Turf Moor.

Hull City v Crystal Palace

It may only be December, but Hull City already appear to be battling against the drop. The Tigers have now lost nine of their last 13 Premier League games to slump to 19th in the table and it goes without saying that three points here would be a welcome boost. Crystal Palace snapped a six-game losing run with a 3-0 home win over Southampton a week ago, but the Eagles’ away form is pretty dreadful and Hull have managed to take four points from their last two home games. I do not completely trust the Tigers to win the match, but they can avoid defeat and extend their unbeaten home run to three games.

Swansea City v Sunderland

Bob Bradley has only been in the job five minutes, but already the bookmakers are predicting a swift exit from Swansea City. The rock-bottom Swans were battered 5-0 at Tottenham Hotspur a week ago and they have now won just two Premier League games all season, putting the experienced American in the firing line. Three points on Saturday would ease the pressure on Bradley, but Sunderland will arrive at the Liberty Stadium in confident move following last weekend’s win at champions Leicester City. The resurgent Black Cats have now won three of their last four games and I fancy them to pick up three more points against a Swansea side that will be reeling from that battering at White Hart Lane.
