BBL odds for the 2021/22 season. Who will win this year’s premiership?

BBL 2020/21 Odds – The Sydney Sixers are the favourites to win a three-peat of BBL premierships as the 2021/22 season prepares to kick off in the first weekend of December.

The Sixers and Perth Scorchers met in the BBL Final last season, in which Sydney finished the match 27 run champions in front of a crowd of 25,295. James Vince starred on that night making 95 with the bat.

Moises Henriques’ outfit has been one of the best Big Bash League sides in history winning winning three championships. They enter the season as the $4 favourites on Sportsbet.

Perth narrowly missed out on winning their fourth championship last season and will be keen to get that winning feeling back after losing last seasons final. They are just behind the Sixers, paying at $5 and currently have arguably the best playing squad heading into the 2021/22 season.

Three-time runner ups Melbourne Stars are paying at $6 to claim the BBL trophy after a successful off-season, which saw them secure Qais Ahmed and Joe Clarke as international players. They will be eager to win their first campaign after a disappointing season last time out.

Hobart Hurricanes and Sydney Thunder are both paying at $7, whilst the Strikers and Brisbane Heat are at smokey odds of $8. Lastly led by new captain Nic Maddinson, the Melbourne Renegades are the least favourites to win the BBL this season according to Sportsbet, paying at $13.
