RCB vs SRH Match Prediction & Preview

The Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad are set to clash heads on Wednesday when they battle it out at the Zayed Cricket Stadium.

Virat Kohli’s side made it three consecutive wins in their entertaining six-run win over the Punjab Kings to secure themselves a top-three finish heading into the playoffs.

Since the restart of the season, they’ve made themselves one of the form teams of the competition, and if they do bat in the first innings, their batting depth will cause the Sunrisers bowling attack a fair bit of trouble.

Meanwhile, the Sunrisers fell to a second straight loss with only two balls remaining in the match. Once again, they were brave and showed promising signs defending a low score of 115, but they will be keen to spoil the party on Wednesday.

It was a bold move to drop captain David Warner in their previous two matches, and despite being in the game, it has been down to the bowlers. It’s obvious there has been a lack of batting depth recently, and perhaps Warner could finish the season off strong if given the chance.

The Royal Challengers have proved they can be a significant threat to the playoffs in this season’s IPL campaign, and they should be able to win this one comfortably against the last-placed Sunrisers.
