Kamaru Usman vs Jorge Masvidal Tips
We get a rematch between UFC Welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and #4 ranked Welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal.
The first time around these men met in Abu Dhabi at UFC 251. After five gruelling rounds, there was a clear-cut victor with “The Nigerian Nightmare” retaining his belt with judges’ scores of 50-45, 50-45 and 49-46.
Masvidal was a late replacement for Gilbert Burns for UFC 251 which could be some excuse for being outmatched in at least four of the five rounds. However, it is going to be a tough test for “Gamebred” who has not fought since the loss to Usman.
On the other hand, Usman eventually got to fight Gilbert Burns at UFC 258 where he would win via TKO in the third round.

Overall, the champion boasts an impressive record of 18 wins and one loss with the lone loss coming at just his second ever mixed martial arts bout. He successfully captured the title from Tyron Woodley at UFC 235 and defeated Colby Covington in his first title defence.
Masvidal has a lot more fights to his name with 35 wins and 14 losses in his career. He is most famous for a five-second flying knee that knocked out Ben Askren.
Usman completely controlled Masvidal in the first fight and his win against Burns was complete domination. He clearly looks the winner against Masvidal once again, but the question is, what method of victory will it be? Masvidal has only been knocked out once in his career which suggests that he will take the punishment that Usman throws at him but will likely fall short with Usman to win via decision.
