Brisbane Broncos Injuries & News

Adam Reynolds has been denied a Broncos debut against former club Souths after being ruled out due to COVID protocols, with Billy Walters and Albert Kelly named the starting halves.

Kurt Capewell however does make his Brisbane debut after winning a premiership with the Panthers last season, while Ryan James and Tyrone Roberts do likewise from the bench.

Thomas Flegler is suspended, with Keenan Palasia starting at prop. Corey Oates is back on the wing after spending some time in the forwards last season.

Lachlan Ilias has been selected as the replacement for Reynolds at halfback for the Rabbitohs, while Latrell Mitchell is still suspended from last season, with Blake Taaffe continuing in the fullback role.
