State Of Origin Odds

New South Wales are favourites to win the 2022 State of Origin series after their 32-point blitz of Queensland in Game 2.

State of Origin Odds – New South Wales are now the favourites to win the State of Origin series for 2022, despite Game 3 taking place at Queensland’s own Suncorp Stadium.

The odds have fluctuated heavily over the last six weeks, with NSW now the favourites to secure the State of Origin series.

NSW were the initial favourites to win the series, but Queensland stunned the Blues 16-10 in Sydney in Game 1 to flip the series on its head.

Queensland shot into $1.33 favouritism heading into Game 2, with NSW drifting all the way to $3.40 outsiders.

However, the Blues produced a blistering performance to crush the Maroons by 32 points in Perth – and now, despite Game 3 being played at Suncorp, NSW have returned to favouritism.

Indeed, NSW are now $1.65 to win Game 3 and take out the series, while Queensland are great value as $2.25 outsiders on their home turf.

Meanwhile, Nathan Cleary is the surprise favourite at $2.80 to be the leading tryscorer of the series after bagging himself a double during Game 2.

Brian To’o ($8.00) and Daniel Tupou ($9.00) are next in line after they score one try apiece in Game 2, with both players needing a double in Game 3 to have a chance to surpass Cleary.

Cleary is also the favourite to take out the Wally Lewis Medal for best player of the series at $2.15, with Queensland star Cameron Munster not far behind at $3.40.
