Norwich vs Crystal Palace Preview & Prediction

Norwich has won back-to-back matches for the second time this season and currently find themselves out of the relegation zone. However, they have played more matches than the teams below them.

They have downed Everton (2-1), Watford (0-3) and most recently, a surprise triumph against Wolverhampton (0-1) in the FA Cup Fourth Round. They are displaying a lot of promising youthful energy, which makes them an unpredictable team to face.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace found it tough going against a clinical Liverpool side at Selhurst Park. However, they did have their fair share of chances, and on another day, could’ve taken some points off the English heavyweights.

They had a much easier FA Cup tie against League Two side Hartlepool, in which they prevailed comfortably. Patrick Viera’s side has a good recent record against Norwich, winning four of the previous five meetings, including a 3-0 triumph a month ago.

Verdict:

Despite Norwich heading into this match in the best form they’ve conjured this season, I believe Crystal Palace have the record against the Canaries to speak for itself.
