Ladbrokes Multibets: All You Need To Know!

Join Ladbrokes Australia

A popular feature of sports betting can be found in Ladbrokes Multi bets. Many options are available for building a Multiple wager with the operator, both on their website and quickly and easily on the Ladbrokes App.

What is a Multibet?

A Multi bet is where more than one selection is taken from sports betting markets and collated. Selections from different sports can be lumped into one bet, like a pick from an NRL fixture, a horse race and a cricket match.

Options are combined to make a play at some increased returns. For example, a Multi bet will multiply all the odds from the individual selections you have made to give the quote. A Multi can be anything from two to sixteen selections.

Multi bet example:

  1. Rugby Union – Australia to win at 2.10
  2. Soccer – Brazil to win 2-0 at 3.60
  3. NRL – Roosters to win at 1.80

2.10 x 3.60 x 1.80 = 15.50 so a 15.10 x $10 stake = $155.52 return ($145.52 profit)

It is straightforward to place a Multiple bet at Ladbrokes. After browsing through their sportsbook, you make your single selections and add them to the bet slip. There is a section that automatically sets out the Multi options on the bet slip.

In the example of three single picks being added to the slip, the betting slip will automatically create a Multi out of them, and you can plug in your stake.

If you had five selections added to your slip, but you just wanted to combine only three of them for a Multi, you can edit which of the selections you want.

All the various Multi bet options at Ladbrokes are available to registered users.

What is a Same Game Multi?

A Same Game Multi varies slightly from a regular Multi. In a standard Multi, you couldn’t, for example, select Australia to win 2-0 Correct Score and Australia To Win as those two bets are related to each other.

However, you can create a Same Game Multi in which selections from a single event can be combined.

How to use Same Game Multis?

Same Game Multis (SGM) are just as easy to create as any regular Multi. To make one, you are just staying on the same sporting fixture. For example, click on the Same Game Multi tab for an NRL match to see the available options.

It could be combining something like the Match Winner, Total Points, Line and First Team To Score for that fixture.

As with any Multi, you need all selections to win for the overall bet to be successful. Same Game Multis at Ladbrokes can be found across your favourite sports.

What sports are available for Same Game Multis?

There are plenty of sports covered at Ladbrokes with the Same Game Multi including AFL, NRL, NBA, NBL, NFL, Big Bash, and most Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, and Table Tennis leagues/competitions.

What’s the maximum legs for a Same Game Multi?

The maximum limit of legs placed in a Same Game Multi bet at Ladbrokes is 20, so there’s plenty of scope to work with.

Can legs from other sports be included in a Same Game Multi?

To form a larger multi bet, combining a Same Game Multi with other Same Game Multis is possible, or even legs from other sports to create an even bigger multi.

For example:

  1. Leg 1 – West Tigers To Win, West Tigers To Win by 1-12, Marcelo Montoya 1st Try scorer SGM
  2. Leg 2 – Sydney FC To Win

Same Race Multis

A racing Multi can be created at Ladbrokes by selecting between 2 and 4 selections from a single race. A Ladbrokes Same Race Multi can be made from eligible Australian and New Zealand Thoroughbred and Greyhound Races.

For a Same Race Multi, a punter selects runners to finish where they chose within the top four.

How do I place a Same Race Multi?

Navigate through to the Same Race Multi tab on a race card at Ladbrokes and from there, click the selections you want to place anywhere in the Top 4 of the race.

This can be done on the website or the Ladbrokes App. You do have the option to add and remove selections before striking the bet. When you add selections, the odds for the Same Race Multi will be calculated on the fly.

It is possible to select different runners in the same position in your Same Race Multi. In doing so, that creates combo bets within the wager. Once the bet has been defined, Add To Betslip and enter the stake.

Blended Multis

The Blended Multi approach is another option for your racing betting at Ladbrokes.

Select multiple runners from the same race (or various races), and then on your bet slip, you can choose to create a blended leg.

This option will occur whenever you have more than one runner selected from a race. When the Blended Multi option is used, the tool will combine the odds of all the chosen runners into one fixed odds selection.

That can then be combined with other bets like a Same Game Multi. The Blended Multis function on the Ladbrokes bet slip is easy to use – it’s activated by the click of a button. Bets can easily be amended as well before being stuck.

Frequently Asked Questions about Blended Multis

What happens if one of my runners is scratched?

If one of your Blended Multi selections gets scratched, the bet will be adjusted to odds based on the remaining runners. If all of your selections get scratched, the stake will be refunded.

How many selections can I include in a Blended leg?

There is no limit to how many legs you can put into a Blended Odds creation. The minimum odds just have to be at $1.10.

What happens in a dead heat?

The standard Ladbrokes Dead Heat rules apply to all selections within a Blended Leg.

Ladbrokes Split Multis

Another of the many Multi bet options at Ladbrokes is the Split Multi function. It gives punters some flexibility where a stake is evenly split across the same-race selections.

Add your favourite selections from various races into the Ladbrokes bet slip, and when there is more than one runner from the same race on the slip, a Split Multi is available.

With it activated, the stake is evenly split across each runner, and you will get paid out at the fixed odds of the one winning selection.

Ladbrokes Quick Multi

There is the Quick Multi feature for an even more straightforward approach to placing a multi at Ladbrokes. It puts a stack of Multiple bet options together on one screen to cut down the need to scroll around different markets.

For example, the NRL Quick Multi Page would contain the match favourites for every fixture being played in the current round.

A quick click on the preferred selections of match winners from the coupon allows you to build the Multi quickly. The stake and bet placement are also done from the same screen.

New legislation prevents bookmakers from offering new customers a sign-up bonus, so there is no Ladbrokes promo code to use when opening an account. That’s not a reason to not open a Ladbrokes account, though, as they provide punters with a great betting experience and fantastic daily racing promotions.
