Sharks vs Eels

The Knights are really struggling this season. Amazingly, they’ve only scored 72 points this season, which is by far the worst in the whole NRL. It’s simply too hard to win games when you only average 12 points per match. Also, we are sure that Wayne Bennett is cooking up the perfect game plan to guide the Bunnies to victory.

Warriors vs Cowboys

Betting Tip: Cowboys to win

The Warriors are in fantastic form and are currently 3rd on the table. However, they’ve historically struggled to win outside of New Zealand. Expect them to struggle at Suncorp against a Cowboys side that has finals aspirations. Don’t be surprised if the Cowboys get off to an early lead and run away with the game well before the final whistle.

Tigers vs Dragons

Betting Tip: Dragons to win

There is discontent at Concord after it came out that Lachlan Galvin has no faith in head coach Benji Marshall. After a decent start to their campaign, it looks like the Tigers are falling back into old habits, which saw them win just 6 games last season. It’s also hard to back the Tigers when they’ve conceded the 3rd most penalties of any team this season and missed almost as many tackles as the Eels!

Titans vs Bulldogs

Betting Tip: Bulldogs to win

The Bulldogs copped a hiding from the Broncos last week at Suncorp. However, after a week to acclimatise, they should be raring to go against the Titans. The Bulldogs have the best defence in the NRL, only conceding 14 points per game.

On the flip side, Gold Coast have struggled to score this season, averaging only 20 points per match. We expect the Bulldogs to win this one comfortably, as the Titans won’t be able to find a way through the Doggies’ iron wall defensive line.

Panthers vs Broncos

Betting Tip: Broncos to win

This is the game of the round. The Broncos will be tough to beat at Suncorp. The teams are evenly matched when it comes to tackle efficiency, completion rate, and average points scored. However, the Panthers’ defence has been sloppy this season, conceding almost 40 more points this season compared to the Broncos.

Storm vs Raiders

Betting Tip: Storm to win

Ricky Stuart has the Raiders playing some great footy, but beating the Storm outside of Canberra is a Herculean task. The head-to-head record doesn’t lie. The Storm have historically dominated this match-up, winning 38 out of 54 games, so we expect Melbourne to add another win to their tally.
