The short answer: a decent slice of every NFL week is live and free in Australia on Seven and 7plus Sport, and everything beyond that sits with ESPN, which you reach through Kayo, Foxtel, Fetch TV or Disney+. Here is how the whole picture fits together, and what each option actually gets you.

If you only ever watch on Seven you will still see several games a week, including the biggest one. If you want every game, or you want RedZone, you need an ESPN route.

What Time Is the NFL On in Australia?

This is the part that trips people up, because the American Sunday is our Monday. 204 of the 272 regular-season games fall on a Monday in Australian Eastern Time, and about half the season kicks off between 6am and 6pm local, so it is far more watchable here than people expect.

Australia moves from AEST to AEDT on the first Sunday in October, which shifts every kick-off an hour later in local terms for the back half of the season. Perth is two hours behind AEST, Brisbane stays on AEST all year, and Adelaide is 30 minutes behind.

Watching the Super Bowl in Australia

Super Bowl LXI is at SoFi Stadium on 15 February 2027, and it is live and free on Seven as part of the same rights deal. What About NFL Game Pass?
