Fresh off the bye, the Parramatta Eels will be the Broncos first test without Captain Adam Reynolds who suffered a bicep injury which could see him sit out the rest of the season. Can Parra turn their season around against a wounded Broncos team or will Brisbane’s roster depth show up this week?

Brisbane Broncos vs Parramatta Eels Preview & Prediction
The Broncos will need the likes of Ezra Mam, Reece Walsh and Payne Haas to stand up this week and fill the massive void that Adam Reynolds leaves in this Brisbane team.
Burleigh Bears halfback Josh Rogers has gotten the call up to replace Reynolds as Brisbane’s halfback.
This will be Rogers’ second ever game of NRL and the pressure will be on the 27-year-old half to lead around one of the most heavily scrutinised teams in the league.
In their last five meetings, the Broncos are 3-2 against Parramatta and came out on top with a massive 54-10 win over the Eels when they last met at the Gabba last year.
It was a game to forget for both the Broncos and Reece Walsh in particular last week.
The young gun had four errors and will need to tidy that up significantly if the Broncos want to keep their premiership aspirations alive.
Errors aside, Walsh still has eight tries to his name this season – the second most of any player and should be a strong consideration against a Parra side that has proven to be incredibly leaky in defence this season.
The Eels average a whopping 26.5 points against this season. While expectations should be slightly tempered for Brisbane, they have averaged 26.0 points this season.
